Service Engagement Overview
Professional Practice Framework
Veriqon Consulting acts as an independent offshore back-office delivery team supporting your internal finance operations. These terms outline service boundaries, quality control expectations, and operational responsibilities to ensure transparent and consistent results.
1. Scope of Back-Office Services
Veriqon Consulting provides offsite bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, month-end closing, bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable management, and payroll processing support as agreed upon during engagement setup. Services are performed under client supervision and according to client-defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
2. Quality Control & CA Supervision
All work delivered by Veriqon Consulting undergoes structured multi-tier quality reviews supervised by qualified Chartered Accountants (ICAI). While we maintain 99.8%+ processing accuracy, final management approval or tax filing sign-off remains under the direction of the client practice or business owner.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Access Credentials: Provide necessary software access logins safely via encrypted password managers.
- Timely Documentation: Provide invoices, receipts, and bank statements in read-only repositories to meet agreed-upon delivery deadlines.
- SOP Updates: Inform Veriqon Consulting of any updates or changes to client-specific accounting policies or chart of accounts.
4. Engagement Flexibility & Work Ownership
- 100% Client Ownership: All accounting records, general ledgers, workpapers, and reconciliations belong entirely to the client.
- No Long-Term Lock-in: Engagements can be adjusted or terminated with clear advance written notice, ensuring complete operational flexibility.
